With recordings produced and marketed by industry heavyweights EMI, WEA, and BMG, she was recognized for her vocal abilities with the award for “Best Female Vocalist” from COMPASS in 1988. Additionally, Dawn has mentored and nurtured new talent, as demonstrated by her guidance of winners from Mediacorp’s “Project Superstar”.

In her role as the Group Operation and Marketing Director of the Jean Yip Group, Dawn has demonstrated exceptional business acumen and foresight.
